Remedies are in a fibonacci homochord potency. This means that there is 3C, 5C, 8C, 13C, 21C, 346, 556, 89C, 144C and 233C combined in each bottle.

The guide book will assist you in using your remedies. Trust me, homeopathy becomes intuitive with time.

Step 1: Choose the remedy that matches your symptoms.

Step 2: Take 2 drops under your tongue or in your child's mouth. Ensure a clean mouth by waiting ten minutes after consuming food, drinks or toothpaste.

Step 3: Repeat as needed, 1-8 times per day.

Frequency: For intense symptoms, repeat every 15 minutes until you see a change, which usually between 1-3 times. After this, spread to every few hours. For mild symptoms, take 1-3 times per day, such as morning, midday and night — or as directed by your homeopath. Follow your intuition as you learn how homeopathy works best for your family.

These remedies have been developed by a Homeopath and mother for your whole family, from infants to elderly, when they are experiencing symptoms mentioned in the guide book.
