6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

7. SHIPPING ISSUES
We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen parcels once an order has been dispatched.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post.
If an issue occurs during transit, we will reasonably assist you in liaising with the carrier, but responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping provider once dispatched.
8. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
All digital products, guides, or educational materials are non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.
