Shipping policy
SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Your remedies are made to order and we generally ship orders on:
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
You can generally expect your order to be sent on the next shipping day, however this may be up to 10 days during peak periods, promotions, times of high order volumes, stock delays or staff illness.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping is calculated per order as follows:
Gold Coast Local: $7 (use code ‘GCDELIVERY’)
Australia Standard: $12
Australia Express: $18
New Zealand Standard: $21
Japan:
$45 for orders up to $500
$80 for orders over $500
Shipping fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
PRESALE ITEMS
If your order includes a presale item, please refer to the stated presale dispatch date at the time of purchase. Presale delivery dates are an indication of availability and may be changed at any time due to shipping, manufacturing or staff delays.
All items within an order that contains a presale product will be shipped together once the presale item is ready.
PACKAGING
We aim to use environmentally conscious packaging wherever possible, including:
Water-activated tape
Recyclable cardboard boxes
Compostable stickers
Paper-based protective materials
Reused packaging materials where appropriate
Packaging methods may vary depending on availability and order requirements.
SHIPPING PROVIDER & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Once your order has been dispatched:
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer
Title and responsibility for the parcel transfers upon shipment
We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once dispatched. However, we will reasonably assist you in lodging claims with the carrier where required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, including New Zealand and Japan:
You are responsible for:
Ensuring products comply with local import laws
Paying any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by customs or border authorities.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not liable for delays or issues caused by shipping providers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.
