Each blend will come with an instruction card to help you with dosing. For beginners to confident prescribers.
This gorgeous bottle comes with a glass dropper lid. Simply take 2 tiny drops into the mouth, preferably under the tongue and 10 minutes away from food and drink to ensure that the mouth is clean and can absorb the remedy.
You can also add 2-5 drops to your water bottle, then shake it and sip throughout the day to get a dose in every sip.
