Potency of homeopathic remedies:

Remedies are in a fibonacci homochord potency. This means that there is 3C, 5C, 8C, 13C, 21C, 346, 556, 89C, 144C and 233C combined in each bottle.

Choose the remedy that matches your symptoms, then take two drops under your tongue or in your child's mouth. Ensure the mouth is clean by taking it 10 minutes away from food, drinks, and toothpaste.

For intense symptoms repeat this every 15 minutes until you see a change (usually 1-3 times), then spread to every few hours. For mild symptoms you may take 1-3 times per day, like morning, midday and night or as directed by your homeopath. Follow your intuition, homeopathy is incredible!

They are safe for all ages, from babies to elderly, and are very gentle on the body. They do not interact with medications. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have pre existing illness please speak to your Homeopath or health practitioner. Homeopathic remedies are for symptoms you would otherwise treat at home and do not replace individualised medical care. All homeopathic remedies have a legal 2 year expiry and each bottle contains over 15ml of remedy, which is more than 100 doses. 

The small amount of alcohol acts as a natural preservative to kill bacteria, however, it is best to not touch the glass dropper to avoid introducing bacteria to the bottle. Traditionally remedies remain potent for many, many years, especially if stored correctly and protected by EMF in the Healing Home and Body case.

Store your remedies in a cool, dark spot, away from electronics. Thankfully the Healing Home and Body travel case has inbuilt EMF and signal protection.
