Homeopathy works on the principle of "like cures like." A substance that causes symptoms in a healthy person is diluted to help someone with those same symptoms. Remedies are natural, safe for all ages, and won’t interact with medications.

Blends are curated and labelled by specific illness or symptom — like those in the Winter Wellness and Blend Kits. Individual remedies, such as those in the First Aid Kit, are labelled by ingredient. This allows for more versatile and specific targeting of symptoms. If you are new to homeopathic healing, we recommend adding our Guide Book for direction on choosing and using your remedies most effectively.

If you want the most complete home medicine cabinet, the First Aid Kit is our most popular and best all-round option. If you just want seasonal cover, Winter Wellness is a compact starting point. If you want everyday and emotional support alongside winter cover, the Blend Kit gives you the most range in one large case.

The Winter Wellness Kit and Blend Kit don't include the baby-specific blends. The First Aid Kit does. If you'd rather add these separately, our Baby Essentials Bundle covers teething, colic, reflux and unsettled evenings on its own or as an add-on to any kit.

2 drops, the same as everyone else! In homeopathy, an exposure to the remedy is a dose, whether that is 2 drops or 15 drops, it will have the same effect, therefore we dont have to adjust for age or size.

In homeopathy we match the remedy AND the potency to our body in each circumstance. If we use the 'wrong' potency, there is no effect, so by combining multiple potencies in 1 bottle we don't have to question if potency is correct. The body will recognised and respond to the potencies that are relevant and ignore the rest. The fibonacci sequence is a combination of numbers that are seen naturally all through nature, so it makes sense to base the combination of potencies on this rather than picking at random.
