Commonly reached for during periods where smells, movement, tiredness or hormonal changes feel overwhelming, it’s designed as a comforting blend to keep on hand during sensitive stages of pregnancy. Traditionally used in homeopathic practice during periods of ongoing queasiness, unsettled tummy feelings or physically overwhelming digestive sensitivity, this blend may also be commonly reached for during hormonally demanding seasons or periods of physical sensitivity linked with lifestyle or medication changes. 15ml liquid blend with a dropper lid for easy use and approximately 100 doses. Each remedy contains medicated stock prepared by a Homeopathic Pharmacist and is naturally preserved with organic brandy, purified water and distilled water. Potency of homeopathic remedies:

Remedies are in a fibonacci homochord potency. This means that there is 3C, 5C, 8C, 13C, 21C, 346, 556, 89C, 144C and 233C combined in each bottle.

How do I take them?

Step 1: Choose the remedy that matches your symptoms.

Step 2: Take 2 drops under your tongue or in your child's mouth. Ensure a clean mouth by waiting ten minutes after consuming food, drinks or toothpaste.

Step 3: Repeat as needed, 1-8 times per day.

Frequency: For intense symptoms, repeat every 15 minutes until you see a change, which is usually between 1-3 times. After this, spread to every few hours. For mild symptoms, take 1-3 times per day, such as morning, midday and night — or as directed by your homeopath. Follow your intuition as you learn how homeopathy works best for your family.

Our 15ml bottles contain more than 100 doses. These remedies remain potent for many years, especially when stored in our remedy cases with EMF protection. Our homeopathic remedies are labelled with a legal two-year expiry date to ensure freshness.

Each bottle contains a small amount of alcohol which acts as a natural preservative to kill bacteria. However, it is best to not touch the glass dropper to avoid introducing bacteria to the bottle.
