Gelsemium 
For anticipatory anxiety with weakness or trembling. Often when someone feels nervous and “shut down” before an event.


Ignatia 
For anxiety linked to emotional upset or disappointment. May include mood swings or feeling emotionally sensitive.


Kali Phos 
For nervous exhaustion and overwhelm. Traditionally used when stress leaves someone feeling depleted or mentally tired.


Phosphorous 
For anxiety with sensitivity and a strong need for company. Often when emotions feel heightened or overstimulated.


Silica 
For nervousness in new or pressured situations. Often when someone feels hesitant, shy, or easily overwhelmed.


Baby Calm
A gentle blend to support unsettled or restless little ones and encourage a more settled state.
