Collection: First Signs of Illness

When something feels “off” but hasn’t fully developed yet, this is where you start.

The First Signs of Illness collection is designed for those early moments, the sudden temperature spike, the flushed cheeks, the unsettled sleep, the clinginess, or that instinct that something is brewing.

Acting early can make all the difference.

These remedies are traditionally used at the very beginning of acute illness, when symptoms first appear and before they fully settle into the body.

Sudden Onset: For the first signs of illness such as fever, earache, sore throat, swollen glands, runny nose, or croupy cough. Best when symptoms begin quickly and you’re unsure where it’s heading.
Includes: Aconite and Ferrum Phos

Aconite: Traditionally used when illness starts suddenly, often after cold wind or shock. Early fever with restlessness.

Belladonna: For sudden high fever with a hot, flushed face and throbbing head. Symptoms feel intense and come on quickly.

Ferrum Phos: Helpful in the early stage when symptoms are mild or unclear. For low-grade fever, tiredness, and feeling “off.”

Gelsemium: For slower onset illness with fatigue, heavy limbs, and a desire to lie down and rest.

Trust your instincts. If it feels early, this is where you begin.
