Potency of homeopathic remedies:

Remedies are in a fibonacci homochord potency. This means that there is 3C, 5C, 8C, 13C, 21C, 346, 556, 89C, 144C and 233C combined in each bottle.

Step 1: Choose the remedy that matches your symptoms.

Step 2: Take 2 drops under your tongue or in your child's mouth. Ensure a clean mouth by waiting ten minutes after consuming food, drinks or toothpaste.

Step 3: Repeat as needed, 1-8 times per day.

Frequency: For intense symptoms, repeat every 15 minutes until you see a change, which is usually between 1-3 times. After this, spread to every few hours. For mild symptoms, take 1-3 times per day, such as morning, midday and night — or as directed by your homeopath. Follow your intuition as you learn how homeopathy works best for your family.
